Coordinator will train and support group home management, ensuring polices and procedures are understood and followed. This position will report to Residential Director and will provide progress of new management. Residential Coordinator will conduct file audits, provide quality assurance checks of assigned group homes, and respond to on-call situations as needed.
Qualified applicants must have Bachelors degree in a Human Services field, one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities and 2 years of management experience.
