Benchmark Human Services is currently looking for a Receptionist for our Hillsborough office.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative duties to include customer service and secretarial duties for administration and human resources as needed.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provides administrative support to Somerset & Monmouth NJ locations
  2. Maintains day to day office functions, orders office supplies
  3. Greet walk in traffic, answer telephones, distribute mail
  4. Completes Birthday and anniversary cards
  5. Maintains and creates files. Filing as required
  6. Files Unusual Incident Reports (UIR) as necessary
  7. Assists the HR Assistant/ Client Financial Specialist as needed
  8. Additional duties as assigned
