Job Description

We are a leading human service agency throughout the U.S. serving adults and children. We are currently looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide overall behavioral supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Southern Indiana area.





Candidate will provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, and replacement behaviors; maintain a system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of individuals served; complete functional assessments annually and as needed; seek input and maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary team. Also, BCBA will attend psychiatric appointments and inpatient psychiatric discharge meetings of individuals served; develop and modify Behavior Support Plans that meet required standards and address each individual’s needs.

Job Requirements


Successful candidate will poses:


  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analyst, BCBA Designation/Behavior Analyst State Certification



  • Valid driver's license/current auto insurance.
