Job Description

Benchmark is looking for an ABA Clinical Supervisor. This person must be an exceptional leader with a clinical background in Applied Behavior Analysis to launch and grow Benchmark’s new ABA Services Program. We will provide in-home based ABA services for children with ASD or behavioral challenges in the Northern Virginia area. Services will be provided privately and through health insurances.  The Clinical Supervisor will lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of this program. Qualified candidates must possess a BCBA certification and have five years experience as a practitioner.  Leadership and management experience is desired.  Applicants should be knowledgeable about best practice for service delivery; have excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills; and be proficient at use of technology (i.e. smart phones, learning new software, etc.).  Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: collaborate with Program Director to develop the program’s mission, philosophy and procedures; design, implement and manage evidence-based ABA services including but not limited to therapy, assessment, parent training and teacher training; establish and coordinate systems for the review of individual client progress and data-based modification of client learning programs; maintain a high quality of service and high standards for program design, staff development and therapeutic services provided to clients.

The ABA Clinical Supervisor will be based in our Fairfax, VA office and work under the direction of our Northern VA Program Director.  The ABA program will compliment and be an extension of our early intervention program that serves Northern Virginia, as well.  We currently employ a team of professional staff including OTs, PTs, SLPs, and developmental specialists who provide early intervention services to children age 0-3 and their families.
